Wisconsin Scaryland 2020 Tickets
TICKETS ARE GOOD FOR AGES 10+. KIDS BETWEEN AGES 10-12 MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE (1) TICKETED CHAPERONE PRESENT. AGES 13+ MAY ENTER AT THEIR OWN RISK. VALID ONLY on the NIGHTS WE ARE OPEN (see schedule for details). CASH OR CREDIT ACCEPTED AT THE DOOR, OR BUY ONLINE.
How do I redeem my e-ticket(s)?
After you make your purchase, you will be emailed a confirmation with an e-ticket ORDER NUMBER. - You will need to provide that order number to the cashier(s) and they will provide you with a paper ticket to enter the haunt.
What do I when I arrive?
Once you arrive at the haunt, stay with your entire party & get into the appropriate queue line (Lane #1 prepaid VIP or Lane #2 prepaid) - please do not join the general admission lane #3 - unless you still need to buy a ticket.
ALL e-ticket holders must check-in with a cashier to receive a paper ticket. To check-in, you have 3 options:
Option 1. Please have your confirmation email ready on your phone and show it to the cashiers inside (make sure it shows your order number, name and number of tickets).
Option 2. If you do not have a smartphone, you may bring a printed copy instead and provide it to the cashiers inside (make sure it shows your order number, name and number of tickets, otherwise it will not be accepted).
Option 3. If you do not have a confirmation email, please give the last name & first name of the person who purchased the e-ticket(s). You may beed to verify the address, phone number and email address or present a valid ID and the cashiers will assist you in locating your e-tickets. They will then present you with a paper ticket to enter the haunt.
What date(s) can I use my e-Ticket(s)?
e-Tickets are only valid for the date(s) listed on the confirmation itself (during the current season or event). Please check our website for specific times and dates.
Where are my e-Tickets?
There are no physical tickets, you will only receive a confirmation email after you complete your order. If you do not receive an email, either your order was not processed/paid for or an incorrect email address was entered. If your card was charged but you did not receive a confirmation email, please do not call or email, just follow option #3 above. If your card was not charged, your order did not go through and you will have to repurchase your e-ticket(s).
Are there refunds?
Sorry, NO refunds. If you cannot make it or double-purchased tickets, please sell them or give away your e-tickets to someone who can use them. If you get scared or are asked to leave the haunt, you will not be refunded.
